Terms of Engagement & Platform Regulations
Agreement Verification Date: June 28, 2026
Welcome to IndyPumpCrew (hereafter referred to as the "Platform"). By interacting with our digital interfaces, activating click-to-call routing nodes, or engaging with our affiliated telecommunications lines, you ("User", "Property Owner", or "Client") explicitly agree to the following terms, conditions, and strict liability waivers. If you do not accept these regulatory parameters, you must cease all communication and interaction with our online assets immediately.
1. Definition of Referral Operations
The Platform functions strictly as an independent, high-intent digital marketing referral architecture. We are not a licensed contracting firm, emergency plumbing business, or physical property restoration service provider. The Platform does not maintain emergency mitigation vehicles, warehouse industrial drying gear, or employ physical labor field crews inside the state of Indiana.
All communication lines, automated forms, and telephone touchpoints are operated in direct connection with regional telecommunications grids, including national routing nodes such as Water Damage Assistance. The sole function of this interface is to route real-time client inquiries to certified, independent third-party local contractors who service the Greater Indianapolis area and surrounding Marion County districts.
2. Absolute Limitation of Contractor Liability
Because the physical water extraction, sump pump diagnosis, and structural drying operations are executed entirely by independent local contracting firms, the Platform explicitly disclaims all liability for real estate damage, operational delays, or financial disputes arising on the job site. Specifically:
- No Warranties or Guarantees: We make no structural representations, operational validations, or technical warranties regarding the workmanship, response times, or licensing status of the final local technician dispatched to your property.
- Independent Contractor Status: Any professional agreement, insurance claim optimization log, pricing contract, or physical repair work initiated on your real estate asset constitutes a binding contract solely between you and that specific third-party provider.
- Indemnification Safeguard: The User agrees to hold the Platform, its developers, administrative managers, and marketing partners completely harmless from any direct, indirect, incidental, or structural liabilities, losses, or legal costs resulting from work performed on-site.
3. Verification of Professional Licensing
While our network routing protocols prioritize experienced emergency contractors serving the central Indiana market, the final responsibility for regulatory verification rests exclusively with the Property Owner. Before signing physical service contracts, permitting crews to enter a residence, or modifying structural lines, users are strongly advised to physically audit the dispatching contractor's independent state certifications, liability insurance limits, and local municipal permits.
4. Financial Transactions & Insurance Claims Logging
The Platform never processes commercial financial deposits, invoices structural restoration services, or manages property insurance claims directly. All project pricing matrices, emergency dispatch rates, mold remediation logging, and psychrometric record-keeping are established independently by the physical contractor on-site. The Platform receives zero financial data regarding your physical service payments or property insurance settlement payouts.
5. Telecommunications and Call Monitoring Consent
In accordance with federal telecommunications tracking protocols and local privacy frameworks, any phone calls initiated through the click-to-call triggers across this interface are automatically routed through active carrier switches. By using these lines, you grant explicit, pre-authorized consent to have your voice metadata, call logs, and active audio conversations monitored or recorded by the final service provider for structural safety verification, administrative tracking, and compliance validation purposes.
6. Modification of Terms and Regulatory Scope
The administration of this Platform reserves the absolute right to audit, restructure, or overhaul these regulatory terms of engagement without prior notification to the user base. Continued use of this asset following an operational update signals your absolute agreement to comply with the revised framework. This agreement shall be governed and interpreted under the statutory regulations of the state of Indiana.
If you require administrative clarification regarding our automated routing frameworks, you may connect with our primary intake networks during standard business hours.
